GUIDELINE FOR AUTHORS

HOW TO PREPARE A REGULAR PAPER

Structure

  1. Title

  2. Authors

  3. Keywords (up to 7 words)

  4. Abstract

  5. Introduction

  6. Body

  7. Conclusion

  8. References

Length

  • Full paper length: Less or equal 10 lines.

  • Unaccepted regular papers can be converted into posters.

​​

Format

  • IEEE 8.5” x 11” two-column.

​​

File extension

  • PDF

​​

Reviewing type

  • Double blind peer-review (by at least three reviewers):

    • ​Remove any identifying information from manuscripts.

    • Ensure file names and document properties are also anonymized.

    • Cite papers published by the Authors in the text as follows: [Anonymous, ...].

    • Use the third person to refer to work the Authors have previously undertaken.

    • Do not include acknowledgments.

Presentation of papers at the conference

  • Authors of accepted papers are expected to present their work at the conference.

  • Papers that are accepted but not presented are not published.

​

Final Camera Ready and copyright instructions

  • Later.
